Five07 Styled Coffee
Get ready Ventura County! A unique coffee house has hit Thousand Oaks, and it’s menu wide, its hours late, and it’s beverages yummy! The Five07 is located in the Vons shopping centre off of Avenida De Los Arboles and is open until MIDNIGHT!
The Five07 is a great spot for students who need a place to study, for friends who want to get together for some live music, or the busy go-getter’ who just needs to fuel their day. At The Five07 you’ll find a variety of people! On a Friday afternoon, there were a handful of students typing away on their laptops, a few older women catching up over cups of tea and muffins, and a table full of children playing connect four with their parents. Outside there were a few younger couples with their dogs enjoying vegan doughnuts.
Treat your kids to a delicious cup of hot chocolate featuring the cutest latte art – or take your well-behaved dogs and catch some rays outside!
The baristas at The Five07 are super friendly! They all have so much energy (maybe it’s the endless amount of coffee they’re surrounded by) and will help you chose a beverage that you’ll love.
The menu ranges from acai bowls, toast, pastries, and beverages from $2.50-$9.
We tried the Lavender Honey and Caprese toast. The lavendar honey is great if you’re looking for something sweet and have an admiration for goat cheese. The caprese toast is incredible and won us over! It consists of mozarella slices, roma tomatos, basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette all on a ciabatta bread.
The Five07 is more than just a coffee shop, this is one of the only places in Ventura County that is open late! So if you’re working a graveyard, need your daily caffefine fix, or looking for some live music on the weekends – this is your place.
