Ventura County Fair Is Back Again!
Ventura County Fair: A county fair with ocean air.
It is that time of year where the Ventura County Fair returns! From August 1st-12th the fair brings lots of entertainment and yummy food to Ventura County. Since 1975 the fair has been entertaining people from near and far. There are many activities people in the community can get involved in such as: amateur homebrew beer competitions, multiple livestock markets, and baking contests. The live entertainment at the VC Fair includes a wide variety of genres, with artists like Sublime with Rome, Boys II Men, and Hunter Hayes. The admission fee is $12 for Adults and $9 for Children 6-12 and Seniors 65+. Ride tickets are available at an additional costs but all other entertainment at the fair is free, as it is already included with cost of admission. Tickets can be purchases at the door or online. We recommend that you bring cash because not all food and drink vendors offer the option to pay with card. Parking at the fair costs $10 and it is limited, luckily there is free shuttle services offered at various locations in Ventura County.
Grub on some yummy fair food, hit a few rides, look at all the different department exhibits, grab your drink of choice and enjoy the live entertainment of the night! Summer is almost over so stop by the fair and enjoy before you need to wait another 365 for its return.
